Title: Tenn Classic Treats

Marinated eight lbs of strip venison yesterday and last night, and got one batch in the dehydrator this morning.  After I finish these, I am going to do some burger sticks.  I will take and vaccum seal each batch, put them in the freezer until time to leave and have some good snacks for the weekend.

I use a pre mixed seasoning and marinade, but also add some of my own special blends to it ;)

Just had a taste test.  Get some liguid refreshments ready.  Good and spicy, and just hot enough to let you know it.

Got five packs on this first cooking.  Will cook another batch tomorrow, and then do a huge batch of burger sticks.

Wow...I keep reading these posts on the Classic, because my wife and I want to attend next year...and all I am reading about is "treats for the classic", "slow country boil for the classic"....do any of you folks shoot? :laugh: ;) :)  If so, how can you shoot with a belly full of all that good food?  No big deal...cause I love to eat, too!  Just sayin... ::) ;D

Yes we shoot sometime Lee, ;) ;D ;D but we do eat a lot also.Looks great Charlie. :)
