Title: another turkey sticker (hopefully)
Post by: Josh B on April 11, 2012, 01:52:08 am
I made this out of some chert that John (Iowabow) gave me.  It was 4" long 1 1/2" wide and looking pretty good.  Except for just one little step fracture and hump.  No problem says I, just one more flake from the opposite edge should do.  Should have quit while I was ahead. >:( broke it right in half. :'( Oh well, I need more points anyway.  So this is what was made from what was left.  Josh

I know the feeling Josh. Am in the same boat. Always my fault though, not supporting right - end snap. Or in a hurry not setting up that platform just right and hitting a couple of atoms above centerline :D. Nice point there!!
