Got these 9 pieces of yew on the auction site yesterday. Feel like I should be able to get a number of bows out of them. Lengths are 25" to 51". Going to try some short Cali sinewed bows, splicing handles and try to make a new limb for my yew war bow that blew a limb. He's the same guy I bought the stave from for the bow so hoping the wood is somewhat similar and I can get the tiller to match.

Yeah the guys selling it said maybe you could make walking sticks or maybe a bow out of the stock so I think he scared away some bidders. I see some bows in there. Also might make some lams to use with modern materials I've been playing around with (shhhhh)
