this is my first unbacked bow.it is 69 1/2" ttt.1 3/4" at fades 53@26.thanks for looking.

Woohoo!!!!!!! Congratulations Steve. That looks great. Very nice taper on the limbs and like that handle wrap. I still need to give that Hackberry a try. I have some dandy staves that I brought back from the Classic but I'm never worked anything clean and straight so I'm not sure how to approach it :o ::)

nice first unbacked bow steve...you put the odds in your favor of being succesful by making her a tad longer than normal...enjoy it and shoot the heck out of it.....now go make another ;)

thanks guys.i did make it as long as i could.i am not that great at tillering yet.i am working on it.Keenan,i laid this bow down four times because i got frustrated.i fianally picked it up and decieded,if she breaks she breaks.you should try hackberry,it is very forgiving.thanks for the kind words guys,it means alot to me.

Hackberry is Light and sweet when it turns out and looks like that one did, man you going to fill Bears Truck up next week, got to see that one. :)
