Title: Guthook huntin knife

Some pics of a knife Dad (Stoker) and I am working on. Cut from some hard steel not sure what kind. Had to annel it before I could cut it. It's in the oven right now. Have to thank my freind Harold for all of his advice.

We used 2 propane torches and our "brand new" $4 toaster oven from Sally Ann

You cut that on a band saw?  Then removal w/ a grinder?  Pedistal or hand held angle grinder? Keep posting pics.

I cut it out with a angle grinder with a zip blade. Shaped with benchgrinder and a 1" belt sander.   Finish sanding and polishing and decide what kind of handle.

well we made it black sanded the black off and a little polish its now shiny also my faithfull assistant workin like a dog
