Title: Need tips on buying leather....

Hi everyone,

I am looking to build a quiver and need to buy some heavy leather 7-8oz . I was wondering if anyone had any places online that they get leather from that you would recommend.... I only need a small piece around 18x30 inches or so and it is hard to find something that size. I would post this on the trading post but I know that there isn't any talk about cash there and am really only looking for suggestions... Thanks.

try tandy's or go to ebay, when i didn't have the $$ i made a nice one with camo fleece and this iron on fabric that stiffned it up, Bub

you could also go to the trade post and see what you can get for an atlatl or something

There is a local leather shop near me.  I bought leather for another PA member there once.  PM me if interested.  I'll be going thru there Friday mid eve.
