Working late or in a rush?

I try to make time to stop and think things through.  I also pre align everything and mark an "A" and a "B" on the end grain so that I don't get laminations flipped around.

 :P ::) :o :P :-* :'( >:D O:) :laugh:

(my 4 year old in my lap loves the wingdings. . . . sorry.

If that's titebond or a similar glue you can take that apart with a heat gun and a knife.

If it's Urac 185 you probably can't.  I've run the band saw down the seam line and cleaned it up on a belt sander with good success.  I don't post my brain farts.  O:)

here's the results of the fix, backing is quarter sawn gray elm and it's glued up with urac, so i marked the sides and hit the beltsander. and before it's done i won't have the ugly bolt showing, Bub(http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt320/bubncheryl/Picture001-7.jpg)

got the backing down to approximatlly 1/8"
