Title: P. A. Tee shirts??
Post by: stikchik on October 28, 2011, 03:50:28 pm: I am working on tee shirts and how many would be interested. If there is interest, the design would be on a lighter shirt, gray or white. It would say" Primitive Archer Magazine" on the front and the back would be "20 years of passing on the tradition" with a design, and under it "Primitivearcher.com"
We are trying to get interest in the magazine and web site. The shirts will be a pre-order. I would love to hear from you to see if you have interest, if you would buy one, and any ideas you have for the design, arrowhead, petroglyph, bow???

****This is not a for sure yet, it is just to see how many people would want one. I do need to have enough interest in them to get them done!!! Just thought I would reiterate that!

My vote is for the tshirt to have a number of petroglyphs on it in random places. And if it was done in a mottled stone looking material it would be even better.

The Cris Cade design Puttin Stone to the bone is way cool and would go great with the Primitive Archer logo as well. Thanks for doing this Nikki. We have been proudly wearing this tee shirts that we got from the Classic.

I think it would be cool to have "Primitive Archer" written in larger letters on front or back(instead of Primitive Archer Magazine) and then primitivearcher.com and Primitive Archer Magazine written in smaller letters as advertising. The "Primitive Archer" would describe us whos wearing it and be spreading the word about the site and magazine at same time. Id also like to get one of those decals for my truck. Does mechslasher still sell them?

I talked to Chris and Hillbilly tonight, they are at Chris' farm. Maybe Chris can post a picture of what it look's like. If not I'll take a picture of the one on my Jeep tomorrow.

The black shirts are what I would prefer but they cause the cost to go up and the design to be much less detailed. But, I will double check on Monday. The gray, white, light colored shirts are the best way to keep costs down and still look sharp. If we do this, the company I am loking at also does kids and womens as well. I will find out about hoodies on Monday. So, keep your ideas and wish lists coming. SO far, great responses! Thanks everyone!

3 total, if you get any in sizes for little ones...
Just the 1 XL if no young'un sizes.

understood that darker color shirts and hoodies cost more. but i'd be willing to pay more for darker shirts and hoodies. sorry but no interest in light colored shirts and hoodies. thanks for doing this tho.

Maybe PA could come out with a commemorative tshirt each year and have a contest to see who can come up with the best catch phrase....something like "Stick it to 'em". Like the Franklin Mint, once you start collecting you don't want to miss a year! (I won't even charge you my usual marketing consultant fee for this idea.)

As she said this before this is a 20th anniversary celebration type of thing. I personally like the brown shirts/coffee colored. I am talking to someone about hats and they also do shirts so Stikchik and I are going to look at all the numbers and try to find you guys the best price.
Once we know the prices we can let you all know then you can make a final decision if you want it or not.

It is good to see that you all are interested. THe decals are very much on our radar and Chris had an awesome design!

Ok, so the shirts is a project I am working on with a few others. It is not going away just yet but I wont have details as far as prices go and dates it will be available. We are trying to get the best pricing for you guys and to get more of what you want. So, hang in there. I will be posting a new post when it comes time to order! This is just to see how many of you wanted one and it seems as though we have a lot of you, including me and blacktail, that want some!!

The decals are not through me. They are through Mechslasher.
