Title: Interesting development
Post by: Mechslasher on September 20, 2011, 11:35:47 pm
went out today for a practice session to shake off the bugs from the debacle from sat. morning.  shot a couple rounds and with the last arrow of the afternoon, this is what happened.  i'm thinking that i'm tuned in.

you right there pappy!  sat. i was aiming about where the cut out spot is on my target and was planning on hitting where these arrows hit.  i've hit 25+ deer, in my compound days, in this spot and have yet to see one run over 50 yards before falling over.  old habits are hard to break.

Good shooting, I'd say you're ready too.  I've always thought they put the 10 ring too high on all the 3d targets.  And, too far back on the hogs.

I hear ya,good shooting just the same,I just like a little more back,if they are
broad side that ant to bad but if they are 1/4ed you will miss the opposite
lung and that sometimes can spell trouble if you get on them to quick,They will die but can go a long way on one lung if pushed. :) Good luck, looks like you are on them pretty good,we get to start Saturday morning, the weather looks like it will be good for us,can't wait. :)
