Title: Wild Hogs are Tasty!

We normally rotisserie a chicken every Saturday, but today Mary asked me to rotisserie a wild pork loin.  That was a new one for me.  Wasn't quite sure how to hook up the pork to the skewers.  But, it seemed to work.

Add a little oven fried sweet potato chips and YUMMMM!!

Hehe, glad I could give a you a little video "taste" of what you're missing.  Sadly, I'm done hog hunting for a bit, but glad because it means deer season is opening.  Of course, if a hog should happen to show while I'm deer hunting...

Any chance you could visit next spring?
