Did these while smoking a brisket yesterday.

Your havin fun now :). Practice shooting those flakes to at least center and thin em out some and you'll have her licked..

Your doing pretty good. Remember to keep away from centerline while thinning & the flakes will travel further.

that there keokuk look mighty good for a texas knapper i hope yourdoing good. i made about five today and snapped 1 in half and boy was i irritiated.
