mmmmm Tasty looking.
My first reaction was to come to full draw. ;)
I have never shot a deer that was still in velvet.
The closest I have come to one in velvet was about 100 yards, and of course no binoculars in hand. :(
Anyone ever taken a deer with any velvet left on the rack?
If so please do elaborate.

Yes...my wife did a week ago this past Monday. :'(
Taken with a 2002 Chevy Monte Carlo...not sure of the wieght or feet per second but about 50 MPH!! :( Easy tracking!! 8) Butchered the same day!! 8)
$2900.00 damage makes per pound cost......???

Also wanted to say....compared to those buck pictures, my prospects don't look so good!!!
