Title: Fiery Dalton
Post by: FlintWalker on July 28, 2011, 01:35:43 am
This is another one of those pieces I been holding on to for a while. I paid $9 for the rock. Had it split for $7 and still only got one point out of it....but one nice one. 8)

Captain Crunch?!! :o :P  Shoot, I have beer and cheese, and I will even throw in a grilled steak now and then! ;)
I will take good care of them while you are being fitted for your robe in Bulgaria. ;)  Captain crunch!  Just think what they could make with a nice steak dinner in them.  Of course if that is what they run on, I can handle that, and I just might throw in a twinkey for a nice knife blade. ;)  I am generous like that. ::)  So pack their bags, before you pack yours, and send them on down here. 8)

Beautiful work!  Man, that is a lovely stone and your craftsmanship is stellar!  Man, a quiver of six cane arrows tipped with points like those would be killer!

Shannon:  You could have been a Sheepeater Indian!  They are the only ones around here that made gem quality points.  Some kind of beautiful!  A/Ho Joe

Shannon:  Big Horn sheep is my favorite of all the different ones.  We used to have it for camp meat when I was guiding and always an older ram.  The Plains Indian museum here in Cody used to have a sheepeater mummy and a huge display of their arrowheads until the government decided to give them all back to the present day Indians.  Their work came close to looking like Shannon made them!  Looks like you are getting overrun with all those points so I still have room in my case next to the two pine trees for some more Shannon originals!  Hi to Mason for me!  A/Ho Joe

I told him Joe ;)   I'd box it up and send it to you but I already gave it away. It was my favorite Dalton yet, but it went to a good home. :)
