As of this past weekend I went to an archery range in chicago and shot my first recurve bow.
As I had mentioned beforehand I am new to the sport, i have shot compound before but that was nothing compared to the recurve, my cherry has been popped! I would have taken pictures but my phone died as I arrived at the range.
I just want to thank every single one of you for your advice and especially your patience.

P.S. will still need to lean on my older brothers and sisters from time to time.

In all fairness it was a 25 pound bow, where as the compund I shot was 65#.
But it was great I cannot wait to do it again.
