sweet!! can't wait to shoot it in a couple weeks.

thank you all for the great comments,,, for those of you wanting to try your hand at building horn composites,, all i can say is adam karpowicz, ottoman turkish bows book is an absolute must to have,,althogh it only covers the turkish bows in detail, once you have mastered that bow you can move on to other composite stlye bows,, you will of course have to do your home work and investigate info on the other bow styles....,, the painting of decoration on the bows are very strainfull, mainly the eyes,, .... again thanks to all....... james

Incredible bow! Your work is always impressive and top line.
-
Wow, great inspiration for my composite bow build. Your work is amazing, and artwork too. Im just wondering what to do I have cut the horns and thinked out one. The only problem is that the horn is crooked to one side, how to I straighten this sideway bend? I have already steamed it for like 10-15 mins and did it by hand, and it didnt seem to get rid of it much. By the way what do you use to seal your bows, they look to have a nice finish.
-
James the bow is amazing, another one of you works of great craftmanship.
Cheers
P.J.

Simply Stunning...

-
great job james, what do you have in store for us next? >:D >:D >:D
-
That is definetly my Bow of the Month! Just incredible.
Truely, why would anyone want to shoot and hunt with a compound when they could have something like that in their hands? Why would someone want to shoot and hunt with one of my FG recurves when they could have a piece of functional art such as your creation in their possession? (and I'm pretty partial to my bows, too) That is fantastic.
BOM! BOM! BOM!
