Idea from the how to section. Made up a pair, and like them. Lots of good stuff in the how to section. Takes awhile to drill down through it as there is so much information, however well worth the time invested. Here is the link for any interested in this easy project for bow stringers.

Got caught up on these today, for a bow or four. I was just using a strip of heavy leather, which took the whole load. I like these better because when the string or rope is threaded through, it carries all of the load, and the leather cups are just holding the stringer in place on the bow tips. I give a bow stringer with each bow I make, and think they are cheap insurance.
