I just wanted to show a couple of pictures of some osage blanks I cut out of some boards I received from a trade with George Stoneberg. I backed them with hickory, which is probably unnecessary, but this is my first experience with osage and I'd rather be safe than sorry. These should easily make some 50-60 lb bows. Thanks a bunch George, I can't wait to start tillering them! Wood like this is hard to come by around here. I'll post more pics when I get started.
