Title: Making palm leaf rope in class today
Post by: criveraville on April 07, 2011, 06:21:47 pm
To demonstrate how people utilize the natural resources in their communities we made palm leaf rope.  The students enjoyed the lesson and the rope they made was usable and held when pulled on with great force.

What do you teach?  I teach also, would love to start a club doing things like this, don't think they'll let me teach bow making and flintknapping though!
