hi guys,
i never did this before but here is a knife and a side notched point i made .i made some northern plains arrows also and posted them too . check it out and tell me what you think this is noviculite i ordered from native way.

Hey Doug, them look good! How long ya been at it? I would suggest Utubing flintknapping, get more rocks and practice, practice, practice. Above all: Get with someone who knows and learn from them. Welcome to the addiction ;).

Lookin good! I agree youtube is great also I would agree for me the best way to learn is work with someone else, dont know how open you are to it but I have met some local knappers by posting an add on craigs list looking for local knappers and met some great people.
