Title: flemish twist problems

Okay, so I've gotten to the part where I need to make the loop and I'm lost. Everytime I try the loop keeps getting smaller and smaller. If I unwind it at the tops by the loop, it comes back but is that what I'm supposed to do? Then what to I need to do after that? I'm going crazy because I'm almost done with my first bow, yet I can't make a stupid string! Help Please!!!!

I watched those but the loop thing above he didnt explain very well. I'm getting frusterated so I have stopped. I guess I'll try it again.
