this is the result of an experiment taken after going thru my deceased bow pile, had two limbs that almost matched up and thought I'd try to build a three piece, here's what I gotit's all hickory except for the walnut washers, 52# @ 29", 62" ntn, camo'd using Dirty Dan's Turkey feather method(http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt320/bubncheryl/100_2632.jpg)

That is a great save. I'm with everyone else, the camo is working. If I did'nt know the story I would think it was a commercially made bow. Nicley done. Danny

when I built this I didnt have the taps or inserts for attaching the limbs, on this pic of another one I'm building you can see where the hickory strip is, drilled the holes befor cutting and installed tee nuts, cost $1.00 and impossible to come out(http://i623.photobucket.com/albums/tt320/bubncheryl/100_2727.jpg)
