i was wondering if anywhere had short bodkins cheaper than the ones on 3 rivers, they are around 3 for 10 dollars?
-
Yes... PM me, and I'll let you know.
-
hi, you said to pm you about the bodkins
-
You could try these for starters - If you look at some of the UK suppliers they do pretty good selections of piles called modbods (i.e. modern bodkins) Bodkins come in several styles and are popular with trad archers over here in the UK

The English Bod's is a good deal, but shipping and Customs will put you back where you started from.

Yeah that can be pain I know- It depends on what you are buying though- Here in the UK full length turkey feathers cost a fortune so I source them fro the US and even with shipping and customs I still make a saving! On the other hand I've brought bows from the US and suffered from big customs charges. I guess you have to make the decisions as to whether its worth it to you.

Hi Wayne,Yep those medheads are excellent for 3D's, I find them better than standard field points and as they are taper fit they align very nicely with the shaft. I see alot of field archers using these now.
