I've read the post and some say tight bond and others say hide glue but I didn't see where to get either?
Thanks, Ron

8up you can get TB1-2-3 at Home depot or Lowe's I use TB3 now but it sets pretty quick
you can use TB2 and it will give you a little more time on the first one so you can get it centered and all the air bubbles out.

TB3 is supposed to be better water resistance. If you can, get someone to help you while putting on the skins. Not absolutely necessary, but helps having another set of hands. While having the bow handle in a vise back side up, one person can be wrapping with ace bandage while the other is gently stretching the skins from center to edges with your thumbs and also working out air bubbles and excess glue.
Sorry, know you only asked about glue...thought I would add how we go about putting on the skins as well. ;)

If you wanted to use hide glue, it's as close as the grocery store. Knox unflavored gelatin is high-grade hide glue.
