Hey guys, been making bows, but nothing really special until today, i finished this twisty Osage bow. Made from kinda a junk piece that i turned into a sweet little bow.  its 64" long and 62#  @ 27".   Its very narrow in most spots, the bottom limb is just over an inch wide. It has a nice rounded belly and nice blended grip.  I am very pleased with the way this turned out, just smooth as glass, i love it.    Ipe tip overlays, chocolate deer leather grip and i sinewed the last 8" inches of both tips for a little added eye appeal and to cover up a little check i didn't like.    thanks for lookin- Ryan

Ha, that'd be crazy if the sinew shrunk as it does sometimes after a year or so and you ended of with a recurve,  ;D

Thanks guys, i got a request for another nice character osage bow so hopefully i will have pics of another one in a few weeks.  these things are just way fun, sure beats the daily grind of making straight bows. This is what bow making is all about for me.
