Title: Eastern Nomad Bows - Reading Material

Hi Folks,

I'm interested in reading up on the bows commonly used by the steppes nomads, primarily Mongolian. I'm interested in all aspects but particularly the practical aspects; making and shooting.

Can anyone suggest a good book please?
