In the event of bad weather, ranges will be closed by the sound of a horn indicating that you must exit the ranges immediately. You will be notified when shooting can resume.
Traditional World Championship Format:
1. In order to shoot as a competitor, you must shoot 20 targets Friday or Saturday and have your score cards signed off at the check in station by 4:00 pm either day. Must finish all twenty targets the day you start with the group you are assigned. Under special circumstances an IBO Tournament official can reassign you if warranted.
2. Final 20 targets will be shot Sunday morning in assigned peer groups. Peer groups will be posted Saturday afternoon as soon as possible after 5:00 pm.
3. Awards: 1st place Champions buckle, 2nd & 3rd place plaques
Hunter Challenge Format:
1. 25 targets can be shot Friday, Saturday or Sunday, can be shot as many times as you wish. Sunday you can shoot till noon.
2. All 25 targets must be shot and score cards turned in before new round can be shot.
3. Awards to Class champion and runner up plaques.
3-Rivers Archery Champion’s Showcase Shoot down:
$1,000.00 cash and or prizes
Saturday 5:00 pm
To qualify you will need to shoot the hunter challenge with your final
scorecard turned in by 4:00 pm Saturday.
1. The top 32 scores from all adult classes will be used to determine contestants. (not 32 scores in EACH class)
2. Competition will be head to head from random drawing with five target total score format. Ties will be broken with one arrow closest to center of 11ring.

Thanks Jimmy,this hasn't got a lot of intrest here for some reason,I know they would like it if they tried it. Great bunch of guys and not near as stuffed shirts and I thought. I would love to see the Primitive/selfbow folks over run the place. There was a ton of intrest from the Glass folks last year when they seen the Bow building/arrows and napping going on,it was cool just to watch there faces as they watched us make some of our own stuff,it was like WOW you can really make something that shoots,and shoots good.:) Its like when I am ask can you really hunt with that stuff :) :).Priceless. ;) :) :)

Not knowing so I'm gonna ask.When they have the compound one in WV the fellows I knew that went had to qualify
in their class at a event befor the worlds.Is it the same at this event?

In this shoot you do not have to qualify. All traditional shooters are welcome.

You do have to qualify but the difference with this shoot you can do it there on Friday or Sat.
You will Shoot a 20 target course and then be put in groups of your peers Sunday morning.
I didn't get to shoot in it last year[to busy] but plan on shooting this year if time allows,hope I can shoot better at targets than I have at deer this year. ;) :) :)
