Can someone tell me what sinew is worth for trading? I have quite a bit and can get more every day until the end of January. Some is backstrap but most is the leg. I don't plan on trying to back a bow or anything Else, but if it's worth trading with I'll save it and process it.

There are a lot of places online where you can order sinew, their prices vary quite a bit, but $2 a stick for legs is what I've paid in the past. Anymore I am so lazy I just use back sinew which sells for a bit more but processes easier.
I save the leg sinews and make hideglue from them. Awesome glue!

Thanks JW. But I really was'nt looking for a dollor value, just if it was worth anything to trade with. ???

Folks are always looking for sinew. Back sinew for wrapping arrows and damaged bows and leg sinew for bow backings. Sinew makes an excellent trade item.

Thanks Pat. I was hoping that would be the case.

Send me your sinew. I will grade it for you as far as worth and send you back the good stuff. ;D
