Here are a few self elms  I don't shoot much any more the shorty is 40#@26,the prairie rattler is 56#@26" and the 3rd is 50#@26".all are sweet shooters,set up for left handed but you could file a pass on the other side for righties-I'm interested in leather for handle wraps deer hides or a basket quiver.thanks for looking-Hammertime

also have a glass R/D snowshoe bow 54#@26" zebra wood with antler overlays if intersted I will post pics-Hammertime

Hammertime,

I tried to pm you though I don't know if it went through... I have a bunch of leather (just let me know what type you like for your handles) and a hair-on deer hide (it was tanned with it's winter coat so it's pretty hairy, but I'll definitely go at it with a brush and do what I can to thin it out, if you'd like me to). I'm in for what it takes to get any of the above bows! I'm not pulling enough on the little osage bow I have now and would like to try something new, plus, I love trade. :) Also, if you could post a pic of the recurve I'd love to see it.

mullet I'll work on gettin some pics out this week I can describe in the meanwhile 56" long 54#@28 arrowhead emblem at handle as said earlier antler tips zebra wood with looks like osage laminations under clear glass aero don't know how to flintknapp yet sorry-Hammertime

Still got that shorty? and what deer hide you looking for? have two in the freezer, both nice muley hides, and also an elk hide in there too.

the hides are not tanned or anything, i just stuck them in the freezer.  One is fleshed the other is not. hair still on.  I can flesh one and dry it ifyou prefer.  Let me know how you want it.

i have some moose and some elk and deer hides too. also have some kudu and some red hartebeast and eland. all professionally tanned by carolina fur. let me know if your interested i have some pics posted of some of the items down further in the for trade section

ive got a big piece of hickory that i had started to make a bow out of, but its got plenty of meat on it left..

while the crabapple is pretty, i prefer longer bows, not only do i get a better sense of security, i feel they are more graceful

i sent ya the pm, btw, i got some longer and some shorter, i just offerred the one i thought would be best, but what do you prefer to make bows from?
