I made 33 inch poplar arrows that were 3/8 diameter and they seem to be flexing to much for bows 100 pounds and over, I plan on shooting 100-120 pounds bows with a 190 grain field point, what would be my best choice 7/16 diameter or 1/2, thanks

if you search google for The English Warbow Society (not sure if I can link to it on this forum?)
the specification for a "Livery Arrow" is a copy of a Mary Rose arrow and so should be ideal if you use a lighter wood like Aspen
