I'm considering getting some "upgraded" string material. What I'm debating on is whether to go with the fast flight or the newer Astroflight. Any opinions would be appreciated.
Also, I know that the overlays need to be hard enough to handle this stuff but am wondering if there is a performance requirement for this string to pay off. That is, should a bow be pulling a certain weight or have certain cast speeds already to notice the payoff? Or is it across the board?

I'm sold on Fastflight. I have never tried the Astroflight. I also think it puts a lot of stress on the limbs but I'm still experimenting.
