Hand Knapped these today, Had a great time in Chapel Hill yesterday at the knap-in


Black obsidian wrapped in sliver, ready to hang on chain or leather cord

That is the greenest rhyolite I have ever seen!  Great work on a really tough rock.  Bill

It was hard to flake but with patience i did these 3 in i hour. I got about 20 Pd's at the NC knappin. Ill post a picture of what i got there tomorrow.

Yeah warhawk, I like the one in the middle best. :)
Glad to see you aren't wasting any time busting into it.
It was good to meet you and your wife Friday. I really enjoyed talking with you
and we'll have to do it again sometime. You'll have to get up here and sit around and
bust some rock with me.

I knapped this one for a client of my wife, she's the jewelry artist
I knapp she wraps, LOL

Great combo and teamwork, warhawk. I really like the way that came out.
