Well Guys, This one is 13 1/4 inches long and made from buffalo river chert.
Also a 5 inch lost lake that was made from a spall knocked off the nodule that this swords was made from, purdy cool i think.

That's what I thought. Did you end up heat treating it or did you just go with it like it was? I rememberwhen you got it to bi-face form the last time I saw it and you said you were going to heat treat it.

Looks like the sword turned out as well as the Lost Lake Jesse. We got to see Jesse finish the Lost Lake and he was finishing the sword when we had to load up and leave. Awesome work Jesse.

Jesse: you need to try the type 1C danish dagger. Man them are great!

The blades on those were all flake over grind and i don't have a grinder and don't want to take the time to hand grind one :)

I've heard sinder blocks make great grinding platforms. Just place sand and water on the block and grind away!
