Hi guys,
I've just been offered a whole heap of frozen ostrich sinew :). Do any of yous guys have experience with frozen sinew. Does freezing degrade it?

I freeze most of Mine...got to here...the Bugs will eat it dry or not...and Ostrich Sinew is Long and Tough....and Snow White...I really like the way it strips and lays on a Limb....JMO

Never thought of Ostrich as a source of sinew. Learn something new every day.

Won't hurt a bit. Are you in NZ?

LMAO :) :) ;D That's great. But seriously, Kiwijim, I'd be glad to take some of that off your hands. Let me know if you want to do a trade.

I din't mind trading, but I do mind postage costs. I'm in New Zealand. Postage out of here is usually prohibitive
