Five lb. Boston butt coated with dry rub, slow-smoked for 7 1/2 hours over hickory wood, Tina's 'Tomic Tinfoil Taters with bacon, green onions, butter, and seasonings cooked along with the butt, pull it apart, add a little eastern NC-style mop sauce, and ...mmmmmmmmmmmmm. :)

(http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v325/hillbillync/Other%20Stuff/smilies/pukesmiley.gif) Let's see-it's been in the 90s even here in the mountains this week, so I doubt if Hell is gonna freeze over any time soon......;D
Life is too precious of a gift to waste a single minute of it eating tofu. :P

Although I don’t normally eat tofu (some say it tastes similar to that Soylant Green), in defense of it, you can't have miso soup without it. And, when I used to do BBQs for a local trolley museum, I always had grilled portabella mushroom "burgers" on the menu. Tofu mixed with wasabi paste substituted for mayo, spread on big Kaiser rolls. I never ate the things, but I always had a few vegans to cater to, and they seemed to like them.
