Title: If it's made of wood..

then I got to try and make it. :D

  I'm going to have my first grand daughter in less than a month and made her this rocking horse.  I made my grandson a little bow about 2 years ago but went with the horse for the little girl.  I had 2 plans in mind and went with the more complicated one. Was a lot more work tha the bow!! :P   But was still fun!! ;) :)

 The horse's name is Comet.....the little girl will be named Hailee!! ;D

 That is cool! I'll have to keep that in mind, my granddaughter is 8 months now and starting to crawl everywhere.

 I sure would. My grand daughter just turned 9 months. Iy would make a great birthday or Christmas gift ;D But if Mullet wants them, I can wait till he's done ;)

It is good you have a name, because it really stinks being lost in the desert on a horse with no name.  ;)

 Lowell thanks for the offer but I'll take a rain check, please. I'll be going back to Brazil soon and know I won't have time. I thought the name was cool and intentional also.

Thanks for the rocking horse plans. I'll post  it when I finish. Hope by 1 Sept For my grand daughters B-Day. Then the plane if we can coordinate that? That would make a great Christmas gift ;D

Beautiful rocking horse. Any chance you photocopied the plans? We have good friends who are expecting in weeks, and this would be something I'd love to build for them.
