Yup, its my very first coyote that i have been able to retrieve. i have shot 4 with my bow and never found a one and i have never had the opportunity to shoot one with a rifle before either, im always either bow hunting or muzzleloader hunting and i dont usually want to mess up my muzz hunt over a yote. but this morning this guy was skirting the neighbors flock of sheep with lambs. and my .223 came out. i rangefindered him after the shot to 293 yards. not a real nice hide :-\ but thats to be expected this time of year. shot it off a post, didnt even get to use my bi-pod, shucks

nice yoddler. i killed one in april here in penn. and i used the hide for a bow and flintlock scabbard so out there hide shouldnt be too bad, might come in handy for somethin

i got a quiver out of one that keeps driving my dachshund crazy
