thanks guys the profile was pretty much the shape of the branch I used.it kinda reflexed off the handle area I had to flip the tips a little to bring it back from following the string too much.also the branch was only about 1 1/4" thick for most of its length.

Nice work on a "skinny" piece of wood !! What method did you use for flipping the tips ?? I'm assuming dry heat?? How's the performance ??

NICE!  full draw pic shows what to my eye is great tiller.
i got an ash limb i rescued from a tree trimming guy last summer that's been drying in my garage since.  once a month i look it over then say, "nah, man this thing is too small a diameter.  never work".
seeing your great work inspires me to go C clamp that bad boy to my bench and get to work! THANK YOU

wow thanks for all the kind words guys I wasnt sure it would make a bow but gave it a try anyway,I went with advice in the bowyers bibles which said not to decrown but rather leave the crown as it is and make the belly flat so thats what I tried to do.I used dry heat to flip the tips(hot air gun over a round form) I smeared vegetable oil over it first to give it some protection.I also heat treated the belly too the bow is pretty fast shooting and also is very light in the hand too was surprised at the performance from a small diameter branch!!Thanks for the praise about the kitchen you should try cleaning it though especially after my wife has been cooking!!
