Title: woods in a laminate bow

might be able to get some wood to make some laminate bows, and was just wondering if a hickory backed bloodwood or hickory backed cocobolo bow would work for a 40# bow. I just think that the colour of the light hickory with the reddish colour of these woods might look cool together. thnaks
