Well, i am through taking my time with this one. I spent more time on this one than I have any other bow so far... Osage with Copperhead skins, 65" NtN, 52# @ 28". Started with around 1.5 inches of reflex and after shooting it in it sits dead flat. 10 coats of tru oil lightly sanded between each coat after the first 5, then one coat of satin Poly to cut the shine... This is the first bow I have ever used snakeskins on and I want to thank Gordon for the wonderful Hazelnut Buildalong which helped me a bunch with the skins. I think it turned out pretty good, I love the way it shoots and I think that is all that really matters anyway... It's just a bonus it turned out pretty. :) Whaddaya think? Thanks for looking! :) :)
I am gonna put up all the pics in the next 3 posts.
