Title: persimmon?

I think I've figured out what this tree is I've been trying to figure out is.  Ibelieve its persimmon, orangish berries, sriveled by now.  Anyways, some horses have gotten to one side of a stand of it and I was wondering if it makes decent bow wood since this stand is decent sized
