Title: What is power lamination?
Post by: Tommy D on March 28, 2010, 02:00:54 pm
What is a power lamination - and does it serve another function in Marc's extreme reflex deflex bow that is described in the article on the Primitive archer home page?

Tommy, my understanding that a power lam is a piece of wood tapered at both ends and slightly longer than the handle is placed between the backing and belly of a glue up to prevent the handle from bending. I have never used one so this is a guess.
