Whats for supper:
Fried catfish and gar, hushpuppies, french fries. It's a rough job, but somebody's gotta eat it. :)

That looks really good! You ever try Panko crumbs instead of bread. I like em better. They are the ones that you get Tempura style at the Sushi joint. Real flaky and crispy.

Not one for eatin' fish but that's probably cos I've mainly suffered the "Irish Method" which basically means boiling the *ahem* outta it :-\
Really need to try some "back to basics" fish cooking - catch it, gut it, clean it, cook it over a wood fire the same day...

First thing I thought about was good, nice yellow meal,followed by cholesterol, then I noticed the lemons....Nice to see a lil fruit. ;)
(Kinda off sets the cholesterol thought.) ;)
