Title: Found some Honeylocust...
Post by: kylerprochaska on December 16, 2009, 08:07:19 pm
Well I went hunting today and found a lot of honeylocust trees on my grandpa's property....how does it hold up for bow wood?  I couldn't really find a whole lot when i searched this forum...

I like it, but it tends to fret.  Beautiful, especially the heartwood sapwood contrast.  I'd go at least 66in with a slight pyramid taper and a slightly bending handle.
