Well, we've been having rain, rain and more rain for the last 4 or 5 days here in north GA. I went out this evening when there was a break in the clouds, but by the time I got to the woods the clouds were already regrouping for another assault. I only saw one squirrel but didn't get a shot.
We need the rain so I'm glad it's here, but I would like a few sunny days so I can do some hunting!

Billy, we had over an inch on Saturday, over 5" yesterday and looks likes as much coming later today. We get it after you. Some parts of Northern SC got upwards of 12" yesterday. :o I guess the Southeast is officially out of the drought...or at least is our areas. ;)

Sounds like yall might ought to seek out high ground for your hunting spots! ;D

I wish we had a little right now. It'll be in the nineties for opening day Saturday.

we have been getting it for the last few days, and it is nice but we got plenty for now, if it would stretch it out instead of dumping it all at once it would be better. its run off now instead of a good slow soaker.
