Looking Good Pappy. You guys can really crank out some bows!

Great looking bow, Pappy-looks like it oughta get the job done. Stick a hog for me-I'd love to have gone on the hunt with y'all, but this weekend is Tina's birthday and our anniversary. She's been out camping with me at shoots and stuff almost every weekend lately, and she says she wants to spend her anniversary somewhere away from bows and stuff. Hard to figure them wimmins priorities out sometimes ??? ;D

That'll work! Looking forward to seeing it get bloodied up.

Pappy thats good craftmanship!

Another great bow, Pappy. How do you reduce the diameter of the handle sections and make sure that you have a tight fit all along? Is it just whittle and try and whittle and try?
Thanks, Dan
-
Just one question Pappy. When you install your sleve on the limbs..did you worry about violating the rings on the back or did you just put them together and let them fall where they may? And awesome bow.
-
Very nice bow as usual Pappy! I'm going to try a takedown soon myself.

ah porkchops. hope you get a nice one, with a nice bow.

Thanks guys,I appreciate it.Dan I just whittle and try till it fit snug.Stringstretcher I didn't worry about the grain. It is all in the handle and a non bending area so it really doesn't matter.I did try and take most of the wood off the bottom and sides. Thanks again.I shot it some more last night and
it really dose shoot good. After loosing my snake bow Sat. you got to love it when a plan comes togeather. ;) :)
