Title: another tillering advice thread

This is my second stave bow, first osage
68" ntn and I'm shooting for 50# @ 29
first pic top limb on the left and second pic top limb on the right
I'm pretty sure both limbs need more off the outer 3rds but want more advice

Yes, sir... I do believe you have the right idea. Your fades are bending plenty for now, get the outer half of each limb comin' around and you'll get there.

I would get the out parts of the limbs bending more before you pull any farther.  If you look at your pics, to me it looks as if you've allmost got a hinge starting at the inner 1/3.  I'm sure the guru's will be chiming in with better advise.  Good luck.
