Title: Fastest cast for a selfbow

All things being equal (length, poundage, draw, etc) what design for a selfbow gives the quickest arrow cast?

No hard and fast rules on this, good cast(speed) is important but durability and shootability are more important in a hunting bow.

Now in a flight bow speed is everything :)

All things equal a deflex/reflex and static recurve will have better cast
