Wood I got from Brian Melton a couple years ago. Edge grain. 65" ntn, 67#/28". 1&13/16" wide out past mid limb, to 3/8 tips at nock. Guatemalan mahogany handle. 8" between handle fades. Board was touch under 1" and I have a nice backing strip ripped off too. Piece was 11/16 thick at start. Brown osage tip overlays. Heated in 2" reflex, and it has about 1/2" set after very little shooting. A ripper. Maple stained with a coat of colonial maple and a coat of red mahogany, then urethane. I had it just about full tillered at 80# and brought it down by some narrowing and belt sanding. Impressive wood. Less than 1/2" thick at fades. I am still pondering handle covering.

Looks great. I'm not sure if I would cover that nicely contrasting handle. Maybe pad the palm side with built up leather. Maybe wrap the handle with pale leather, make some type of see through area to show off the color the mahogany.

Very, very nice. Go snedeker! A steady participant in PA and I have voted for his bows many times. At the end of May, we'll look at this bow again.

Keith,
Can't sell things here. I do other places occasionally, but no where near like I use too. If you need something I am sure we can work a trade......got that pipestone yet???
