This is my fifth attempt at a bow, but only the first that hasn't ended in catastrophic failure. It is a red oak board bow, 72 inches long, 35-40#, 30 inch draw, 1 3/4 inches wide tapering only at the knocks. The handle is fixed with epoxy which holds up to 3500psi, bit of overkill yes, but I will not have my handle pop off violently again. Stupid gorilla glue. Enjoy!

You may recognize the string, John K. By the way, if you need a great string John K. can make 'em killer.

Glad to see the string is working for you ! How does the bow shoot ? I've been building up my handles with leather lately, then doing a cord wrap around the leather, no chance of that poping loose !!

I did click on the link. OK. I'll go easy. The tiller is excellent at brace except that it looks like the limbs appear stiff mid limb on. It's tough to see much else without full draw pics. Congratulations on your bow. It's great getting your first shooter. Jawge
