Title: Finish on top of backing?

Hiya fellas, I just backed my bow and was wondering if a finish like tru-oil can be applied over top of the clothe backing?

Yes it can. I usually put a thin layer of the glue over the top of the cloth to help smooth it out a bit  then finish with Tru-Oil just like any other bow.
